(outside school holidays and public holidays)*
These courses will allow you todevelop gradually, yourbalance, yourflexibility, yourbody posture in general and yourbreathing. Little by little you will understand better and better how to meet your physical and emotional needs.
These classes include breathing exercises (Pranayama), yoga postures (Asanas), relaxation exercises (Yoga Nidra and other techniques), postures to strengthen deep muscles, concentration and meditation exercises (Dharana and Dhyana) and many little yogic tips.
*Some as part of the Kayika Yoga non for profit organization (all classes at the Maison Pour Tous in Susville) and others as part of its microbusiness.
